

Catherine Anne Scholl was born October 23, 1967 in Alberta, Canada to Kay and Robert Scholl. She moved to Amarillo, Texas at an early age and graduated from Amarillo High School. Anne went on to the University of Oklahoma and earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She married Dr. Greg Blair on June 29, 1991 and they had three daughters, Catherine (13), Alex (10) and Erin (10). She loved her children with all her heart. Whether having a picnic on the grounds of OBU or doing art projects, she could often be found doing some fun activity with her children and their friends. Her many activities often involved helping others in her community as well. She was the food-coordinator for the Kidspace Park Project, providing and serving food for all the volunteers. She was a member of the Grove Parent-Teacher Organization for many years, serving in several capacities on the board. She acted as a Brownie Troop Leader for the Red Lands Council for several years. She loved to play tennis and was an avid runner, just recently finishing her first White Rock Marathon in Dallas, Texas. Anne loved animals, especially dogs and horses. She had recently embarked on a new career in the real-estate profession. She was a licensed real-estate agent with the Prudential Carolyn Harris Realty Agency in Shawnee, OK. Anne passed away Saturday, December 29, 2007, after sustaining injuries in a car accident in Amarillo, Texas. Anne was a very generous person with a big heart, helping strangers and friends alike. Even after death, she was still helping others through organ donation. Her family and friends will miss her and love her always. She will be remembered as a friendly, kind person with a brilliant smile and lovely spirit.
Those who were fortunate enough to have known her, feel blessed to have called her daughter, sister, mother, and friend.
